Returns & Exchanges

At Forever & Always Shoes, we want you to love every step you take; if your new pair isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer or carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
